Am I living someone else’s life?

Have we lost the spirit of wonder in the sprint for splendor?

These questions never fail to instantly hyper-sensitize us to the weight of our identity; leaving us wondering whether our inner self outweighs our outer reflection, or has the latter intoxicated the former enough to fool ourselves.

Either way, God bless our country.

Did you see what I just did there?

I created a diversion to deflect your half-baked attention into the world of dreamy words without having a clue about the context of your life AKA the career politician response.

But who cares about context anyway? Who wants to eat an intellectual word taco without a “healthy” dripping of cheesy sleaze to give it “taste”? In fact, why am I even bothered about your opinion. Because the last time I checked, your opinions went to bed with propaganda dealers, and I hope they got herpes for doing so.

Caught Up in the Cobwebs of Stale Judgments and Clingy Opinions

It doesn’t matter if you’re innocent. That part comes after the crown of thorns of adorns your forsaken image and people have run motormouth marathons spraying acidic judgment over your character. Too many of us have forgotten that we’re not just actors of experience, but directors of the part we play in society.

Have you asked yourself why even your own voice sounds strange to you? Or perhaps, to everyone around you. Maybe because your voice has been damped by the caustic karma of those too afraid to live from their heart.  A social animal’s first instinct is to fight their way out of sandpits of masochistic stigma when their sorrows are cast in the spotlight. If there’s one thing we never have to pick between fight or flight response for, it’s embarrassment.

We’re all familiar with that cold virgin trickle of sweat when the shackles of brute determinism disguised as pragmatism points out the imperfections in our idealism. We try answering that question only to find ourselves exposed to uncharted uncertainties and dancing with dualities of sensually indulgent perceptions. It’s not that we don’t try, but somehow our clouded prism of perception gets stained with even greasier doubts.

Why Bias AKA Information Cyanide Came to Rule Reason

Can it get people talking? Good. Can it get people talking smack? Better. That’s what the standards of “unbiased” investigation have drooped down to. Confrontation forced over someone’s agenda overload is not the kind of confrontation that helps us separate the right from wrong. You cannot rent opinions to narrate perspectives that aren’t your property.

In times of war drums beating in the name of oil resources. Apologies, I meant religious prophecies. Every opinion has to be either black or white and nothing in between. It seems that life has come to a spot where everything turns into a confused cockfight of bull-headed proportions. Sharing a moment in silent reflection is replaced with a litmus test measuring every insecurity against every imperfection.

We do have the framework for an organized collective consciousness to participate and emancipate themselves from the tricks of karma chameleons. I’m talking about the Inter-hallelujah-net!

Yes, the internet has been our greatest liberator, but it has been been turned against us and used as a weapon of mass distortion by mainstream media. Its potential has been poisoned to turn it into a soulless billboard bombardment pill for our generation to swallow – designed to stimulate by promoting what they discriminate until you’re comfortably numb.

When you’re willing to afford the attention span of a goldfish while negotiating your own liberties with the powers that be, you better be ready to pay the price when you realize you’re not supposed to treat information like fast food. Sooner or later, it’s going to give you intellectual diarrhea with the cold laughter of mirth from the agents of mindless consumerism ringing in your ears.

Abandoning Belief Systems and Renewing the Lease on Your Present Perspective

Remember, tolerance for oppression today is another dollar in the hand for aggressive repression to spend tomorrow. It’s probably why marketing hidden agendas through propaganda is about as subtle as a sledgehammer.  We’re not too far away from a time when artists will flat out sing product names as lyrics. Nothing else! Blatantly blunt, unapologetic advertising is as in-your-face as it can ever be.

Real self-control is not born out of suppression, but out of the recognition and understanding of the meaning of life – not anyone else’s dreamy or nihilistic version – but the teachings of your authentic experiences. And when our self-control becomes effortless, our consciousness liberates our egos from the state of identification with the world of shapes and forms. It will create a space between us and the tentacles of thought emerging from the uncharted depths of our mind, and in that space manifests the ability of discerning truths and enabling your self-realization.

Real self-control does not have any rules, and there is nobody around to tell us how to do that. Everybody must create that self-control within themselves without being manipulated into submission.

Give people the freedom to fly with their personal experience and you will fly besides them in bliss with your own organic adventure.

Everything created for us by others is transitory, but what we create for ourselves will be lasting and permanent. Everybody must find himself or herself what he or she is looking for. If I can’t save my dream in fear of waking up to a colder outcome, then I’ll always stay stuck in third gear and never realize the graciously kind outcomes that I’m capable of.

Upgrading Your Mindset to Uphold Information Integrity

Is Alice diving deeper into wonderland or is wonderland diving deeper into Alice? Am I alive because I am dreaming up the universe or is the universe dreaming about me? More importantly, who dreams the dreamer?

If you have a curious mind which can respond to people openly without being limited by foreign judgments, you can meet all obstacles head-on because you develop the talent of sensing the shape of things psychically before they manifest physically. It’s this kind of contextual sensitivity that paves the way for purer plans and execution strategies.

Each of us has to work within the framework of our personal traits and habits. Life is not so much about changing those habits as it is about choosing to emphasize one set of behaviors over another. Through this process, character is revealed.

If we changed our behaviors all the time, we would never settle into the strength of character that we need. Generally, when we desire to change ourselves, we aim to change how we understand and work with our inner being, how we can come to accept that being.
